- Customer must enter accurate address for on time delivery.
- After placing order, Confirmation call will be there for the order.
- Customers who refused to take order at delivery time, they will be not allowed to use COD option for next 3 orders.
- For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the adicto hub.
Return/Replacement Policy :-
- Product’s original packaging should be undamaged.
- MRP tag should be un-detached and clearly visible.
- If the product is found dirty or used after picking up at warehouse,there will be no refund/replacement .
- The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains.
- Product should be returned within 7-days.
- RETURN/REPLACEMENT will be accepted only within 7-days after the delivery.
- Refund will be processed 1-2 days, in the provided details.
- Delivery Charges are non-refundable.
- Replacement will be delivered within 7-8 days after the old product picked-up.
- Replacement only done once, after replacement there will be no return or replacement of that product.
- If customer wants to replace any product with any other product ,they can do that within 3-days, prices should be same or customer can pay the extra amount in case of any difference in price..
- Jewellery is NON-RETURNABLE product.
