Return/Replacement Policy :-
- Product’s original packaging should be undamaged.
- MRP tag should be un-detached and clearly visible.
- If the product is found dirty or used after picking up at warehouse,there will be no refund/replacement .
- The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains.
- Product should be returned within 7-days.
- RETURN/REPLACEMENT will be accepted only within 7-days after the delivery.
- Refund will be processed 1-2 days, in the provided details.
- 799 – COMBO offer will be invalid if any customer requested return/refund for one or two product and charges of kept product will be original, according to that refund amound will be transferred.
- Replacement will be delivered within 7-8 days after the old product picked-up.
- Replacement only done once, after replacement there will be no return or replacement of that product.
- If customer wants to replace any product with any other product ,they can do that within 3-days, prices should be same or customer can pay the extra amount in case of any difference in price.
- Jewellery is NON-RETURNABLE product.
Shipping Policy :-
1. After Placing orders shipping will take 24-48 hours ,Delivery will be done within 6-7 days.
2. Before Shipping customer can request for cancellation of their order.
3. After Shipping of orders , cancellation will not be available.
4. There will be 3-attempts made for customer’s order delivery if customer request for reschedule.
5. If customer don’t response during delivery time, Their order will be cancelled within 24-hours.
