Refund and Returns Policy

1. Product’s original packaging should be undamaged.
2. MRP tag should be un-detached and clearly visible.
3. If the product is found dirty or used after picking up at warehouse,there will be no refund/replacement .
4. The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains.
5. Product should be returned within 7-days.
6. RETURN/REPLACEMENT will be accepted only within 7-days after the delivery.
7. Refund will be processed 1-2 days, in the provided details.
8. 799 – COMBO offer will be invalid if any customer requested return/refund for one or two product and charges of kept product will be original, according to that refund amound will be transferred.
9. Replacement will be delivered within 7-8 days after the old product picked-up.
10. Replacement only done once, after replacement there will be no return or replacement of that product.
11. If customer wants to replace any product with any other product ,they can do that within 3-days, prices should be same or customer can pay the extra amount in case of any difference in price.

12. Jewellery is NON-RETURNABLE product.
